Relocation & Expansion Blueprint

For clients who need a structured route before committing to managed implementation.

What the Blueprint does

A route before you commit to implementation.

A written blueprint that maps your relocation or expansion end to end: objectives, workstreams, dependencies, sequencing, indicative timelines, responsibilities, provider categories and the decisions that shape everything else.

What you receive

Contents of the written Blueprint.

  • Needs and readiness assessment.
  • Relocation or expansion objectives and scope summary.
  • Workstream and dependency map.
  • Recommended sequence of actions.
  • Indicative timeline.
  • Responsibility map.
  • Categories of specialist providers required.
  • Indicative external-cost categories.
  • Key assumptions, risks and open decisions.
  • Recommended managed programme and next steps.

How it is created

A short, structured process.

  1. 01

    Fit assessment

A Discovery Call to confirm the Blueprint is the right first engagement.

  2. 02

    Information gathering

A structured session to capture facts, objectives and constraints.

  3. 03

    Blueprint build

Sequencing, dependencies, provider requirements and open decisions written up end to end.

  4. 04

    Delivery & walkthrough

Delivered in writing and walked through so the Blueprint is useful, not just complete.

Common questions

Blueprint — frequently asked.

  • The Blueprint is a written diagnostic and plan — it maps sequencing, dependencies, provider requirements and open decisions so you can act on it yourself. A managed programme is delivery: SettleDone becomes the central point of coordination and moves the plan forward end to end.
