Relocation concierge — Ireland & United States
Your international move and business landing,
coordinated from one place.
End-to-end coordination for personal, family, employee and business moves — full destination coordination in Ireland and the United States, with practical operational support across the European Union and Canada. One central point of coordination; no guaranteed external outcome.
The real problem
The problem isn't finding another provider.
It's managing all of them.
Immigration, company, payroll, housing, schools, banking, arrival. Each piece is handled by someone. Nobody is coordinating the whole — until now.
- 01
Immigration & work
Employment permits, visas and the sequencing that determines when the rest of the move can move.
- 02
Company & payroll
Company formation, payroll setup, statutory registrations and the operational scaffolding around them.
- 03
Housing
Areas, timing, viewings, offers and the practicalities of securing a home before you arrive.
- 04
Schools & family
School research and applications, childcare, healthcare registrations and the decisions that shape family life.
- 05
Banking & practical setup
Bank accounts, PPS numbers, utilities, connectivity — the everyday infrastructure a new life relies on.
- 06
Arrival & settling in
Landing week, first month and the countless small decisions that determine how quickly you actually feel settled.
A delay or decision in one workstream affects every other. That is the real cost of a fragmented relocation.
What are you moving
Whether it's you, your family, your team or your business — one partner coordinates the whole move.

ExploreWhy SettleDone exists
The first move was urgent. The second was planned. Both revealed the same problem.
I left Ukraine in 2022 and rebuilt my life in the United States. Four years later, my husband and I moved our lives and business operations to Ireland — establishing a company, hiring employees, setting up payroll, navigating Critical Skills, finding a home and coordinating the practical work of starting again.
This time, we had years to prepare. We still found ourselves managing separate providers, repeated hand-offs and decisions that affected one another but were never held on one complete plan.
Founder note
“We had capable specialists around us, but we were still forced to act as project managers for a relocation we were experiencing for the first time.”

Five steps from first conversation to fully settled.
- 01
Understand your situation
We start with a focused conversation about where you are, what you're moving toward and what makes your relocation specific.
- 02
Build the right route
We map the workstreams, dependencies and decisions and turn them into a plan you can actually follow.
- 03
Coordinate the moving parts
We line up the right specialist providers, manage the sequencing between them and keep the whole process moving.
- 04
Keep you informed
You always know what is happening now, what's next, who is responsible and what — if anything — needs a decision from you.
- 05
Get you settled
We follow through into your first weeks in Ireland so the move doesn't end at the airport but at genuinely settled.
Where responsibility sits
SettleDone coordinates your relocation and performs suitable non-regulated concierge work directly. Regulated legal, immigration, tax and accounting advice is provided by appropriately authorised professionals. Company formation, statutory filings and other specialist work are performed by suitable third-party providers. You sign the documents, provide accurate information and make the required payments; SettleDone coordinates the process end to end.
Where responsibility sits
One coordinator. Independent providers. You in control.
SettleDone
Plans and coordinates the agreed programme, connects dependencies, sources and briefs suitable providers, tracks actions, follows up, escalates within scope and reports progress.
You
Provide accurate information, make decisions, sign documents, attend required appointments and pay independent providers and external costs directly.
Independent providers
Remain responsible for their own professional advice, regulated work, deliverables, terms, fees and compliance.
SettleDone does not receive, hold or transmit funds intended for independent providers or government bodies. Outcomes that rest with landlords, schools, government bodies or other third parties (offers, placements, approvals, timelines) remain with those parties and cannot be guaranteed.
Common questions
