Privacy Notice

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This notice explains, in practical terms, how SettleDone handles personal information in relation to this website. It is written for the current pre-commercial configuration of the site: there is no enquiry form, no user account, no checkout, no document upload feature and no marketing analytics.

We refer to ourselves in this notice as SettleDone or we. Contact details for privacy matters are: info@settledone.com. The final operating legal entity for the SettleDone brand has not yet been selected. This notice will be updated to identify the responsible legal operator before any paid client engagement or change in operating structure.

Information provided directly

The public SettleDone website has no enquiry form, no account, no checkout and no document-upload feature. You may voluntarily contact us by email or telephone using the details on the Contact page. Anything you choose to share in that message is processed only to respond and to establish whether a Discovery Call or engagement is appropriate.

You may also book a Discovery Call through our external Calendly page. Calendly may collect your name, contact details, selected booking time and any answers you submit through its interface. Calendly operates under its own terms and privacy notice.

Please do not send passports, identity documents, financial records, immigration files or other sensitive material through the public website or ordinary email. If a secure exchange method is required during an active engagement, it is arranged separately in writing.

Technical information

When you visit this website, standard hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested URLs and security logs. This is necessary to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

The site uses TanStack scroll-restoration session state solely to preserve navigation behaviour within a browser session. No SettleDone marketing analytics, advertising pixels or marketing attribution storage are enabled at launch.

Purposes

  • Provide, secure and troubleshoot the website.
  • Respond to communications you send us.
  • Arrange and manage requested Discovery Calls.
  • Prevent abuse and security incidents.
  • Maintain necessary business records when someone later enters a separate engagement.

Lawful basis

Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we generally rely on: steps you request before a possible engagement; legitimate interests in responding to communications and securing the site; and legal obligations where applicable. Nothing here is intended to make definitive claims beyond the observed activity described above.

Recipients and processors

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers, as technically necessary to serve and protect the site.
  • Calendly, only when you choose to use the external booking service.
  • Email and telecommunications providers, when you choose to contact us that way.
  • Professional advisers or authorities, only where necessary and lawful.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. If you use Calendly to book, please review Calendly's current privacy documentation for details of its processing.

International transfers

External providers such as Calendly may process information outside Ireland or the EEA and use their own lawful transfer mechanisms. We do not add safeguards on top of those provider arrangements beyond choosing services that make reasonable documentation available.

Retention

  • Enquiries and booking communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage follow-up and establish whether an engagement will proceed.
  • Technical and security logs follow the operational retention of the hosting provider.
  • Information connected with a later paid engagement is governed by the separate client agreement, legal obligations and business-record requirements.

Retention within independent third-party services (for example Calendly, email providers) is controlled by those providers under their own policies. We cannot promise deletion from systems we do not operate.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in relation to your personal information. To exercise a right, contact us at info@settledone.com.

If you are in Ireland or the EU, you may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission — dataprotection.ie.

Children

The public SettleDone website is not directed to children and children should not submit personal information through it.

Updates

This notice will be updated when SettleDone introduces enquiry forms, analytics, a client portal, a document-upload feature or a final operating legal entity. Substantive changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
