Managed programme

Where responsibility sits
SettleDone coordinates. Independent providers perform. You approve.
SettleDone coordinates
- Documents and coordinates the agreed programme.
- Manages dependencies, provider communication, tracking, follow-up and agreed reporting.
- Escalates issues within scope.
You remain responsible for
- Providing accurate information and documents.
- Making decisions and signing provider engagements.
- Attending required appointments.
- Paying providers and external costs directly.
Independent providers perform
- Their own professional advice, regulated work and deliverables.
- Their own terms, fees and compliance.
- Decisions and timelines set by government bodies, landlords, schools and other third parties.
What is paid separately
External costs.
SettleDone charges for programme design, coordination and management. Independent providers quote and invoice you directly. Professional fees, government charges, deposits, travel, accommodation, shipping and other external costs are separate unless expressly included in your written proposal.
Honest boundaries
What is not included.
- SettleDone is not the recruiter, employer, employment-law adviser or immigration adviser and does not perform candidate sourcing, job placement or employment advice.
- Multi-employee programmes use a programme setup fee plus per-assignee pricing in a custom proposal — not simple multiplication of the single-employee floor.
- For other EU countries and Canada, standard immigration and permit work is excluded — arrangements remain with the client's existing adviser or an independent local provider identified separately.
Scope & pricing
Confirmed in a written proposal.
Starting price
Starting from €5,500 per employee / assignee
- Starting prices indicate the minimum SettleDone coordination fee for the stated starting scope. Your final fee, scope and applicable tax treatment are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
- SettleDone charges for programme design, coordination and management. Independent providers quote and invoice you directly. Professional fees, government charges, deposits, travel, accommodation, shipping and other external costs are separate unless expressly included in your written proposal.
Scope, sequencing and fees are confirmed in a written proposal after the Discovery Call and, where useful, a Blueprint. Independent specialist providers contract with and invoice you directly, under their own professional terms.
Common questions
Employee Relocation — frequently asked.
- No. Published figures are starting points that reflect a typical scope for a programme of that shape. The final quotation is confirmed in a written proposal after the Discovery Call and, where useful, a Blueprint. Household size, number of entities or employees, urgency, complexity of the immigration and provider dependencies, in-person requirements and programme duration all move the number.
