No. Published figures are starting points that reflect a typical scope for a programme of that shape. The final quotation is confirmed in a written proposal after the Discovery Call and, where useful, a Blueprint. Household size, number of entities or employees, urgency, complexity of the immigration and provider dependencies, in-person requirements and programme duration all move the number.

What is included in SettleDone's fee?

SettleDone's fee covers programme design, coordination and management: the working plan, dependency tracking, provider selection and briefing, communication, follow-up, escalation within scope and agreed reporting. It does not cover the professional work performed by independent specialist providers, government charges or external costs.

Which costs are paid separately?

Professional fees for independent specialist providers (immigration, legal, tax, accounting, banking, insurance, letting agents and others), government charges, deposits, travel, temporary accommodation, shipping and any other external cost are paid directly to the relevant party. Nothing external is included unless expressly listed in the written proposal.

What if part of the move is already arranged?

That is common. During the Discovery Call and any Blueprint work we map what you already have in place and coordinate the remaining workstreams around it. Where you have an existing provider that fits the scope, we work with them; where a gap exists, we recommend suitable providers for your approval.

Does SettleDone guarantee a permit, bank account, home or school place?

No. Decisions that rest with government bodies, banks, landlords, schools or other third parties remain with those parties. SettleDone coordinates the process, prepares dependencies and follows up — but cannot guarantee an approval, a placement or an external timeline.

Can workstreams be added or removed?

Yes. The written proposal sets the starting scope. Additions and reductions are agreed in writing before the change takes effect, and the quotation is updated accordingly.
